Katy, along with Ben became Director at Lancasters in May 2015. Her role is largely that of marketing and advertising. Her creative input and knowledge of other industries and small businesses enables a different perspective on customer service.

She is always looking to break from the norm and strives to develop the business and challenge the perception of the ‘typical estate agent’!
